A 25+ person delivery team.
Your brand on everything.
Opti WebOpz is a white-label delivery partner for digital agencies in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Our 25+ person team builds WordPress sites, WooCommerce stores, SEO campaigns, and AI automation under your brand — NDA-backed, with fixed monthly capacity, and zero contact with your clients.
120+ sites managed · 11+ years · 5 countries served · USA-registered LLC (Kalispell, MT)
Why do agencies use a white-label delivery partner?
Because the three usual options — freelancers, hiring, and generic outsourcing — each fail in a predictable way. Agencies partner with us to close four specific gaps:
Unreliable freelancers
One person, one point of failure. They go quiet mid-project, take on too much, or vanish when a better gig lands — and your client deadline does not move.
Hiring overhead
A senior WordPress or SEO hire takes months to recruit, costs a full salary plus benefits, and still covers only one discipline. Revenue rarely arrives on that schedule.
Missed deadlines
When delivery slips, it is your name on the invoice and your relationship at risk. You need a partner whose capacity is reserved, not begged for.
Work you can't say yes to
A client asks for a WooCommerce build, a custom plugin, or an AI chatbot — and it sits outside what your team does. Saying no hands that revenue to a competitor.
The fix is structural, not heroic: reserved capacity from a team that has shipped 120+ client sites over 11+ years, working invisibly behind your brand. See the kind of work we deliver on our case studies page.
How does the white-label partnership work?
Four steps, in order. Scope first, NDA second, delivery under your brand third — and your client never learns we exist. Most partners go from first call to first task in days.
- 01
Scope
You bring the project or the monthly workload. We map deliverables, timelines, and the definition of done — in writing, before anything starts.
- 02
NDA + brand assets
We sign an NDA, then take your logo, brand guidelines, and document templates. Everything we produce from this point carries your brand, not ours.
- 03
Delivery under your brand
Our team works inside your PM stack — Slack, Notion, ClickUp, GHL, whatever you run. You review, your team presents, your invoices go out.
- 04
Your client never knows we exist
We never contact your clients. No calls, no emails, no watermarks, no portfolio claims. The relationship stays yours — permanently.

How does a white-label partner compare to freelancers, hiring, or offshore shops?
Honestly, each option can work — the question is what fails first under agency deadlines. Here is the structural comparison:
| Opti WebOpz | Freelancers | In-house hire | Typical offshore shop | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Turnaround | Reserved monthly capacity — deadlines planned, not hoped for | Depends on their other clients that week | Fast once ramped; hiring itself takes months | Queue-based; your job waits behind bigger accounts |
| Communication | Inside your PM stack, your review cadence, US/UK overlap hours | One person, one inbox, one time zone | Immediate, but limited to one person’s disciplines | Account manager relay; answers arrive a day later |
| Capacity | 25+ person team across dev, SEO, and AI — scale the retainer up or down monthly | One pair of hands; parallel work means more vendors | One salary buys one discipline | Elastic on paper; senior people rotate off your account |
| Cost | Flat monthly retainer or fixed project quotes — margin you control | Cheap per hour until rework and delays are counted | Full salary, benefits, and management time — payable in slow months too | Low headline rate; change orders close the gap |
| QA | Internal review before you ever see a deliverable; revisions on our time | You are the QA department | Depends entirely on who you hired | Varies by team assigned — often first checked by your client |
| NDA & branding | NDA-backed, no client contact, no portfolio claims — ever | Informal at best; portfolio use is common | Not applicable — but so is the flexibility | NDA on request; enforcement is another matter |
White-label partnership FAQs
The questions agency owners ask on the first call. Longer answers live on our full FAQ page.
Do you sign an NDA before we share client details?
Yes, always. We sign an NDA before any client names, credentials, or project details are shared. The NDA covers the partnership itself — we never list your clients in our portfolio or claim the work publicly.
Who owns the code and deliverables?
You do. Every theme, plugin, store, report, and automation we build under the partnership is your property on delivery. There is no licensing lock-in and no dependency on us to keep it running.
Will you ever contact our clients directly?
No. That is a hard rule of the program. All communication runs through your team, in your tools. If a client emails us by mistake, we forward it to you and do not reply.
How fast can we start?
Onboarding is short: a scoping call, a signed NDA, and your brand assets. For most partners the first task is in our queue within days of the scoping call, not weeks. Larger retainers start with a one-week ramp so we learn your review process before deadlines depend on it.
What tools and PM stack do you work in?
Yours. We work inside Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, GoHighLevel, and plain email — whatever your team already runs. We do not force partners into our tooling, because your client-facing process should not change.
Are there capacity limits?
Yes, and we are upfront about them. Each partner reserves a fixed monthly capacity, which is what makes deadlines reliable. If you need more, we scale the retainer up for the following month rather than overpromising on the current one.
Can we set our own prices on top of your work?
Yes. You buy delivery capacity from us at partner rates and invoice your clients at whatever margin your market supports. We never see your client pricing and never undercut you — we do not sell to end clients in your accounts.
What happens if a deliverable misses the mark?
We fix it on our time, not your budget. Every deliverable goes through internal QA before you see it, and revisions against the agreed scope are part of the service — not a change order.
