Straight answers to the questions we actually get
Opti WebOpz is a USA-registered LLC in Kalispell, MT that has built and managed 120+ client sites over 11+ years. Our 25+ person team delivers white-label WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO/AEO, and AI automation for agencies across 5 countries — under your brand, NDA-backed, with no client contact.
About us
What does Opti WebOpz actually do?
We are a full-stack software delivery agency. We design, build, and deploy web apps, SaaS products, WordPress sites, mobile apps, CRM systems, and AI automation tools. We also handle SEO, paid media, and content strategy. Essentially — if it lives on the internet or runs on a server, we build it.
Where are you based?
Opti WebOpz is a USA-registered LLC. Our delivery team is based in Kalispell, MT. We work with clients in the USA, UK, UAE, and beyond — fully remote, fully async-friendly, with overlap hours available for US and UK time zones.
Do you use AI in your development process?
Yes — and we are transparent about it. We use AI agents (Claude, OpenAI) internally for code review, QA, content pipelines, and deployment automation. This lets us deliver faster without cutting corners. We also build AI-powered features into client products when it adds real value.
Can you help with both the technical and marketing side?
Yes — this is one of our core differentiators. We cover the full stack from code to conversion. We build your product and we help it get found and grow. SEO, paid media, content, and technical development all under one roof.
White-label partnership
Can a white-label partner work under an NDA?
Yes — every white-label engagement starts with an NDA, signed before we see client names, credentials, or code. The NDA covers your client list, your pricing, and your processes. Your clients never learn we exist unless you choose to tell them.
Will you ever contact our clients directly?
No. Our no-client-contact policy is in writing: we never email, call, or message your clients. All communication runs through your team, and every deliverable — reports, staging links, hand-off docs — carries your brand, your logo, and your invoices, not ours.
How does the white-label capacity model work?
You buy a fixed amount of monthly delivery capacity from our 25+ person team instead of hiring or juggling freelancers. The same pod stays on your accounts month to month, so context carries over. Scale capacity up or down as your client load changes — no renegotiating each time.
How long does onboarding take for a new agency partner?
Onboarding is four steps: an intro and scope call, NDA signing, brand-asset and access hand-over, then delivery starts. There is no long setup project — once the NDA is signed and we have access to your PM stack, your first tasks go into the queue.
Which tools and PM stack do you work in?
Yours. We work inside whatever your agency already runs — Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel, Trello, ClickUp, or plain email. We adopt your ticket format and your reporting template rather than forcing partners into our tooling, so your team and your clients see one consistent process.
Who owns the code you write under a white-label agreement?
You do. Code, designs, content, and credentials produced under a white-label engagement are work product assigned to your agency — deliverable to your clients as your own. We keep no lock-in: full repository access, documented hand-offs, and no proprietary runtime you depend on us for.
Projects & process
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
Both. We've taken ideas from zero to production and we've stepped into existing codebases to fix, scale, or rebuild them. Whether you have a validated idea or a legacy system that needs modernising — we can help.
What is your typical project timeline?
It depends on scope. A landing page or WordPress site can be done in 1–2 weeks. A full SaaS product or custom CRM typically takes 6–16 weeks depending on complexity. We break every project into phases so you see progress and can course-correct early.
Can you take over an existing project or codebase?
Yes. We regularly step into existing WordPress sites, PHP applications, and Next.js projects to audit, fix, and extend them. We do a code audit first, document what we find, and give you an honest assessment before committing to scope.
Do you offer WordPress maintenance and support?
Yes. We offer monthly WordPress maintenance retainers that include plugin updates, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, and a priority response SLA. Ask us about our maintenance plans during your discovery call.
What is CRM development and do I need a custom one?
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is software that manages your leads, clients, sales pipeline, and follow-ups. Off-the-shelf CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce are great for some businesses but expensive and inflexible for others. We build custom CRMs tailored to exactly how your team works — no bloated features you'll never use, no per-seat pricing surprises.
What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?
GEO is the practice of optimizing your content and brand presence to appear in AI-generated search results — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and others. As more users get answers from AI instead of clicking links, GEO ensures your brand is the one being cited and recommended.
What happens after the project is delivered?
We don't disappear. We offer post-launch support periods on all projects, plus ongoing maintenance retainers if you want continued support. Most clients stay with us on retainer because it's easier to have the team who built it also maintain it.
Pricing & terms
How do you price your projects?
We work on fixed-price project quotes and monthly retainer plans. No hourly billing surprises. You get a clear scope, a clear price, and a clear timeline before we start. For ongoing work (maintenance, SEO, retainers), we offer flat monthly plans.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before discussing sensitive project details. Your IP, your data, and your business logic are yours — always.
