Questions agencies ask us

Longer answers live on the full FAQ page.

What is a white-label delivery partner?

A white-label delivery partner is a team that builds websites, SEO campaigns, and automation under your agency’s brand. Opti WebOpz is a 25+ person team that delivers work your agency sells — your logo, your invoices, your client relationships — backed by an NDA.

Will you ever contact our clients?

No. We never contact your clients. All communication runs through your team, in your project-management stack. Your client sees your brand on every deliverable, and the NDA makes that contractual.

What can we hand off to you?

WordPress and Bricks builds, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, custom plugins, AI automation and chatbots, SEO/AEO fulfillment, and ongoing maintenance. Agencies typically start with one overflow project, then move to a monthly capacity retainer.

How does pricing work?

White-label work runs on fixed monthly capacity retainers — a set amount of delivery per month at a flat rate — and one-off projects are quoted per scope. There is no hourly billing. Details are on the pricing page; numbers come from a short scoping call.

Who actually does the work?

Our own 25+ person, USA-registered team — engineers, SEO specialists, and AI developers who have shipped and now manage 120+ client sites. Nothing is re-outsourced; the people on the intro call are the people doing the delivery.

Do you work with businesses directly, or only agencies?

Both. Agencies are our primary partners for white-label delivery. Businesses — especially dental and healthcare clinics, real estate teams, and ecommerce stores — hire us directly for AI automation, WordPress/WooCommerce builds, and SEO.

What makes you different from an offshore dev shop?

We build and run our own products — an AI voice agent, an AI content engine, and a rewards platform — and we operate 120+ live client sites every day. That operating experience, plus a US-registered LLC, structured QA, and NDA-backed white-labeling, is the difference.

How fast can we start?

Scoping starts with one call. After the NDA and brand assets are in place, delivery begins on the agreed schedule — the four-step onboarding (scope, NDA and brand assets, delivery under your brand, hand-off through your team) is designed to be measured in days, not months.

Book a partner call

Thirty minutes with the people who do the delivery — not a sales rep. Bring a project you can't say yes to; leave with a plan for it. Or start with how the partnership works and how pricing is structured.
